Lizou can refuse orders for the following reasons :

Delivery and carriage costs

  • If you pay by credit card, carriage costs are calculated automatically according to the weigth of your parcel www.coliposte.net.

You have 7 days from the date of reception of you order to return merchandise if not satisfied.Cost of sending mechandise back is not covered by Lizou and merchandise is to be sent in the original packaging with a copy of the bill. Merchandise is not to be damaged in any way by the purchaser. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer.

Non payment

Non payment or fraudulent use of a credit-card will result in a special file which will be transmitted to banking system
